RETAIL SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING:

• All orders over $75 ship FREE!! We ship to all 50 states!
• Orders usually ship within 2 business days, via USPS first class or priority mail.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to items/sizes selling out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend that you repurchase the item you wish in the correct size and return the original item for a refund. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair and odors (smoke, cologne/perfume, and sweat you filthy animals). The customer is responsible for shipping fees for sending the item(s) back to Gray Bird Label.

Gray Bird Label is not responsible for any return shipments that do not arrive, therefore, purchasing tracking is recommended.

Include a note inside the return package. Formatting should be as follows:
