Wholesale Shipping & Returns

WHOLESALE POLICY

SHIPPING:

• Opening wholesale order minimum $125.
• Reorder wholesale order minimum is $100.
• Most wholesale orders ship in 1-3 business days. Everything (minus an occasional seasonal tee- which is disclosed) is in stock and ready to ship.
• Wholesale orders ship USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage and or UPS depending on order size, weight of order, etc.

RETURNS:

• All wholesale returns much be approved by Gray Bird
• All return requests for damaged items are to be submitted within 7 days of receipt to graybirdboutique@gmail.com
• All return request emails need to include: order #, store name, style number, color, quantity, and PICTURES if product is damaged.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, original packaging, with all parts included.
• Gray Bird will assume return shipping costs for damaged merchandise and/or incorrect merchandise sent. 
• Damaged merchandise or items sent incorrectly will be exchanged. 
• Customer will assume return shipping costs and up to a 15% restocking fee, if merchandise is returned for reasons outside of damaged inventory and/or incorrect merchandise sent. 
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• There are no refunds or store credits on claims submitted 7 days after delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancelations MUST be made prior to shipping. You can not cancel an order once it has shipped.
